What first drew you to this home?

It was the perfect place to land after being in the city for a number of years. We had our first kid in NYC and wanted more space -- but we still needed to be conveniently located to NYC. This home was perfect - the broker said she saw it on my face when we first walked through the doors :D

What is it like living here?

Convenient and absolutely perfect for families. Chatham has everything - a great downtown, strong schools, sports, a wonderful community... we spend a lot of time at the library and in town exploring and enjoy hanging with our neighbors.

What are some updates or changes you've loved making over time?

We made the house ours with all the interior decorating, including a number of custom touches with local designers. We did not need to do much work on the house itself since it was a new build with an amazing local builder! I am very focused on drapes and window treatments - so I started there and have been working on projects ever since.

Anything else you'd like to share?

This house captures a phase in our lives… this house is perfect for our growing family and young kids. We will see what is in store for the next phase but until then are enjoying our time here!
